My visual journey often commemorates bold, culturally inspired narratives. For me, it’s simple, I love people and their adventurous stories.

For the past six months, I have been organizing a museum collection for the Vincent Price Art Museum, Yolanda González: Sueño de Familia, Dream of Family on exhibit through March 14, 2020. This has been, and still is, a fantastic journey that has really pushed me to examine my studio archive, paint, and create new ceramics.

I am proud to introduce a new collection of figural ceramic pieces now available at the Vincent Price Art Museum gift shop. I am really proud of these pieces and pleased with the organic shapes and emboldened colors painted upon these characters. (There are no pictures featured here, but you can visit the exhibition, see the new ceramic collection and preview the new catalog for the exhibition too).

New ceramics are available. Schedule an artist studio to visit at Ma Art Space. In fact, a new inventory has been added to the gallery and features new, well-constructed bases that elevate each composition.

Works by my mom, Yola, are also available, and my niece Lauren has wonderful pieces too. Schedule a trip to VPAM, and after, please visit Ma Art Space.
